Priscilla Hedlin Thank you!!! As a ramp van owner, I wrote a draft article about this but yours is succinct and to the point. I’ve been saying his for years and decades ago my idea was mentioned in Ask the mayor of NYC. I also said that we should be able to give out parking tickets. It it drives me crazy that these spaces are lumped into one category. Also that doctors give them out like candy.
