you can file a complaint against the employer that didn’t hire you.
Maybe the more we file complaints the more people will stop violating the law. Still doesn’t take away from the sting of discrimination or the fact we have to do our own policing. In a perfect world the government would be proactive and businesses would readily comply. We can only dream…
PS. I’ve been successful with several ADA complaints. Great when the business has to make the changes.
